We are determined to help women take control of their bodies and lives because every one of you, from hard working mums, business women, carers and those fighting everyday struggles need and deserve a break. Let’s have fun while we exercise, eat amazing food in the sun and create lifelong memories together.
It doesn’t matter where you are on your fitness journey, everyone is welcome; from those just discovering the joy of fitness to those who have been training for years, all capabilities and ages are welcome!

We believe fitness and health should be affordable to everyone, and that’s why we decided to organise the most accessible women’s fitness retreat we could.
Join Holly and I on this 4 day, half board fitness experience in my second home, Lanzarote. We will be staying at Sands Beach Resort, a fitness orientated hotel just 20 minutes from the airport.
We have planned the perfect escape for you which balances indoor and outdoor activities to keep you moving, whilst giving you enough free time to relax. Discover the island, swim in the sea, take a nap, read a book, or anything else you love to do. Mental health is as important as physical health and we want you to leave the retreat fully ignited and energised; so ensuring you have enough rest and nutritious food will be a big part of the experience, along with some early spring sun, plenty of vitamin D and hopefully we will come back with a tan!
This is not a bootcamp. We want to make it clear that all of the activities are optional! Yes we want you to enjoy the activities we have planned, but if you feel like staying in bed late, taking an extra nap or just going for a a walk, do it!
To make it even more affordable we are offering two different room options:
Individual apartment (1 bedroom)
This option gives you an apartment to yourself to relax and unwind. Wake up, open your doors and lie on your own sun bed overlooking the pool. This room will include:
- Bedroom
- Bathroom (including a big bath, perfect for relaxing bubble baths 🛁)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Living room

1 off payment of £850

Shared apartment (2 bedrooms)
This option is perfect for those of you coming with a friend. You will get a shared apartment, same facilities, same great views, lower price. This room will include:
- Bedroom 1
- Living room - bedroom 2
- Bathroom (including a big bath, perfect for relaxing bubble baths 🛁)
- Fully equipped kitchen

1 off payment of £699
*option available until 31/10/24
We are also offering a monthly payment option for this retreat where you can spread the cost over the remaining months before March - for example if you book in September you will be able to make 6 monthly payments, in October 5 monthly payments, so get yourself booked up early!

Flights are NOT included, but we have made sure there is direct flights from Bristol—Lanzarote. All flight details will be sent to you in the welcome email.
